以希臘神話為背景講述海神和人類之子Percy的一係列故事。和哈利波特屬於同類型，但沒有哈利波特寫得好。買瞭一套，看瞭前兩本，總體算引人入勝，情節安排緊湊。因為是兒童文學，語言非常簡單易懂。最贊的是同時理瞭一下希臘神話。
