这本书还是简单了些，因为里面所有的tool, knowlege，我都已经在不同的training中系统地学过了，而且也时不时在工作之中有所应用。但是所谓“开卷有益”，还是对的，因为有些地方有些细节，是我从来没有想过的，或者让我终于茅塞顿开，“啊，原来还可以这样做！” 比如说，做...  

用短短的1个多小时，我就看完这本书。此书给我的收获：无论什么样的问题通过我们的思考和分叉树进行划分为多个小问题，再进行逐一深入思考解决问题。这样下来一切难题都变成简单化，我们就不必苦恼这么大的工程怎么解决了。由于此书面向的孩子所写的书，但对于不同年龄段的人们...  

很簡單的一本書。系統的教了下怎麼去解決問題和怎樣去實現目標。 解決問題：找出問題所在的原因并搜集信息再仔細分析。然後廣泛的考慮可能的對策，再選擇最恰當的對策。最后制定實行計劃。 實現目標：設定明確的目標并列出條件，弄清目標與現實的差距，廣泛考慮對策，在對策中...  

这本小册子很薄，差不多半小时可以翻完。第一章是泛泛而谈，跳过去不看也没什么关系，事实上我在读第一章的时候差点把书扔下不看了，觉得和一般的所谓“成功学”“方法学”的垃圾读物没什么区别。 但是一旦进入第二章就完全不一样了。作者给的案例虽然有点低幼，但解说里都是...

我喜欢把这些很日常的概念，清晰地写出来的书。但是这本讲的内容实在太基础了，我相信大多数成年人只需要看几句话就能理解，而且看完整个例子也没有让我有更加深的理解，或者有共鸣想要马上改变自己去行动的想法。看到goal和close the gap的时候，想到升职心里一凉，我还是没有更有动力去做。给小孩看是最合适的了
