主要讲清酒还讲一点法国酒。话说清酒在80年代的日本好像跟今天国内米(白?)酒的地位差不多,各种质量问题标准归类跟社会口碑问题。“都是市井老男人喝的酒,尤其里边再放个梅子就更”。。。整本书都在教日本读者摆脱关于清酒的inferiority complex,而且很成功。咱要也有一套能这样翻译出来自己别人“都”能看的食物书、漫画多好。(主要是针对《灶下X》这样比较小家子气比较“窄”跟《舌尖上XXX》这样比较pretentious并不关注问题的作品而言)
评分能了解一些关于清酒的知识,但和其他基本一样,能从里面了解一些日本人对待产品对工作的态度。有启发性。
