论BS的倒掉看得出Cohen尽量不在文中加入自己的立场和意见，而是让主角自己说话。 Cayne和Fuld感觉都成了悲剧人物，Paulson则有些面目不清

冲着the last tycoon 买的这本书，但和上一本书差太多，整本书前三分之二详细还原了bear sterns被迫出售前一周内惊心动魄的过程，以及bear崛起过程中的三个关键人物，但最后一部分在描写bear如何深陷CDO的过程中太琐碎，没有一条清晰的线索把整个叙事串接起来，让人看得云里雾里。这本书估计是出版时太仓促，最后一部分应该仔细打磨一下，可惜了，三星。

Cohan真是话痨啊，而且他写书老是选好的话题，但抓不到重点，另外不能换个好点的编辑嘛？
