書還好，理念是通過放緩生活節奏來增加思維的清晰度。但是書裏最重要的概念free flowing mode ，作者並沒有真的解釋清，或者告訴我們如何實現這種狀態。我的理解就是人有兩種思考方式，一種是邏輯思維，另一種是不通過思考用直決做判斷。用直覺做判斷隻能在精神非常放鬆的狀態下纔能達到，即必須要給自己足夠的時間，而不是強迫自己沒準備好就做決策。這就是slow down to the speed of life.

書的內容很不錯，講一個人人都知道的道理。但是太難做到瞭，關於意識形態的問題，哪是能用文字解釋清楚的。

非常羅嗦,說來說去其實就是focus on Present，還不如之前在心理學課堂上學過的清晰易懂。I climb because when I’m climbing it’s almost impossible not to be present. I must be right where I am and nowhere else. This brings me great joy and allows me to bring this type of attention to some of the rest of my life.
