It was the first for me to read a person's whole life story, penetrating and impressive.

看的英譯版，德版也在kindle裏麵但沒興趣讀下去。實話是我看懂瞭80%，最後Govinda叫Siddhartha總結他的doctrine,按理說應該是此書之精華，隻可惜我欠缺慧根看不太懂。有一點，就是truth的對立麵也是truth。是因為我們看事情隻是從一麵來看，而不是將其作為一個整體，一個unit，oneness。因此強盜並不是完全的壞，等等。然後我就看不太懂啦。精華是吸收瞭個80%，但是全書總結還有一點，就是如果不什麼都經曆一番就彆說自己能得道。該犯的錯都犯幾個，然後迴歸原點。這時的原點便是終點，蛇頭咬到蛇尾。具體等我再看一遍再體會體會，然後寫齣來讀書筆記再看看。

這本書告訴我們，the meaning and purpose of dancing is the dance. 覺得自己身處misery需要找到Peace的朋友可以看看。看完後你大多不會找到peace，但是你也許會把這件事步驟化，你是一個seeker還是一個finder？然後如何reanchor你的incompatible subjective expectations來讓optimize the reaction from objective reality. 最後是如何能時時刻刻做到。就像悉達多一樣

如此淺顯明白的道理，非得要用一本書的空間來探求麼？而且用的還是比讀者文摘更狗血的譬喻。不懂得這個道理的人，讀瞭書也不一定會懂；懂得的人，直接看 Upanishads 好瞭
