上午草草瀏覽一遍，本書用尼采哲學和韋伯的理論來解釋摩根索。最後部分，本書批評瞭把政治現實主義等同於權力政治的膚淺做法，用韋伯的“責任倫理”來解釋。

不行啊...power as meaning imposition的提法是很有意思，但這本書完全是把一篇文章可以講清楚的事情硬生生扯瞭兩百多頁。它所描繪的摩根索很大程度上成為瞭尼采與韋伯的復讀機，讓人看不齣他的原創性在哪裏，不該拿它當introduction的。 至於對這三人的評價：他們對現代虛無主義的診斷很令人欣賞，但卻都寄希望於某些強人仍然可以做到大部分人做不到的事情，帶來“超越”、“復魅”，以剋服虛無主義。這一期望是很令人生疑的。
