Medieval England

Colin Platt is Professor of History at the University of Southampton. He is the authorof fifteen books on various aspects of medieval life, including King Death: The BlackDeath and its Aftermath in Late-medieval England, and was the founding editor of thejournal World Archaeology. His book The Architecture of Medieval Britain: A SocialHistory won the Wolfson Literary Award for History 1990.
