認命瞭。口口聲聲告訴自己不要心存僥幸，其實還是看整本書都在心懷僥幸和掙紮。反正裏麵自我保護的措施我要好好學。琢磨這麼多年爸媽那些破事兒我也膩歪瞭，隨便他們是哪裏來的魔王。我照顧好自己。理論部分認真看完瞭，練習部分略看瞭。練習部分等買中文版的給朋友看的時候，再認真看一遍吧。我還是蠻有天賦的……不少應對措施都在試錯中改進到接近書裏講的瞭。
