不太满意。一方面对寓言的历史性着墨很少（只是在文学史里打圈圈，而很少提不同的历史生产模式/知识型和寓言之间的关系），另一方面关于人对寓言以及寓言式阅读的欲望和冲动的讨论也只是点到即止。与其把allegory定义为saying one thing while saying another，不如说allegory is a form of mediation.
