大部分都是读出声读完的，英文本身就读着很享受，内容更是处处闪光，不止讲写作，做好任何事都是一样的道理。1）先把手艺练好吧，得有料 2）但核心还是你是怎样的人有怎样的思想 3）你以为你是special，其实多数都是cliche，所以还是先多学习吧 4）模仿，先从模仿你想成为的人开始 5）自信 6）说到底还是为自己而做，为自己而写 7）乐趣，你得享受这中间的乐趣才能做好...

Has some great tips. BUT, it's far from being the so-called "industry BIBLE". Sometimes he doesn't even follow his own advice.

虽然跟我寻找的academic writing并无半毛联系，但是中箭中到体无完肤之后深受启发。最深的一点在于，自信的作者要敢于用绝对的方式——砍掉形容词，副词，时间状语等种种限定——清晰地说出“我”。

海边林间，山前家里，这本书陪伴了我过去的好几个月，实在是超级精彩的一本写作之书——只是此书的范畴，实在属于人生。我肯定会重读的，而且不止一遍。
