從bpd的特徵分析到如何和bpd相處寫的非常詳細。如果你身邊有bpd，如果你身邊有控製欲強喜歡乾涉彆人事情的人，這本書還是值得一讀的。但不過真的要學會裏邊的方法還需要勤加練習
