Patches saw her reflection in the glass castle she was passing by. "Oh my I am 9 years old again. How has this happen?" The headmaster told her seven girls and five boys were missing because of her. Patches starts on 11 journeys to find and bring these children home. The Headmaster has faith in her and knows she can do this. Patches and Mankis travel to the past, present and the future in search of these children. The book is a story of how she finds them and the stories each one had to bring back to their world.
