此书主要是从管理者的角度去看待普通职员从申请入职到辞职的整个成长过程，让软件开发人员不为知的管理者平日是如何工作以及如何观察开发人员成长的，通过对此的了解可以让开发人员从侧面明白在职场中该如何做事才能快速成长及得到领导的认可。  

这本书我看了很久，至少有两个月吧。同样的时间《冰与火之歌》我都看了两卷了。当然，小说不同，这本书是需要你的思考的。而且冰火我看的是中文版，而这本书看的是英文版。英文原版的语言很口语化，并不轻松。 说它乱，是因为这本书的主题跳跃性很大。虽然全书的副标题是Caree...
