評分作為一隻繁忙又怕麻煩又沒有預算但又渴望有腹肌的吃貨,我不得不說,這本書真心好。以身體為基礎來鍛煉,讓你在任何地方任何時間都可以執行,不用過份依賴器械和地點。這是個人健身的核心所在。很多時候,我們總是喜歡找各種各樣的藉口去逃避睏難的事兒,比如鍛煉。真心很HIGH的人我估計很少吧,多數人都得為瞭目標咬緊牙關堅持下去。更不要說,如果你作為一名戰士,你的小命就靠你平時訓練纍積的體能和技巧,不要夢想在阿富汗這樣的地方還有裝備全麵的各種機給你使。書中的原則和技巧非常棒,可以結閤自己喜歡的一些其他節目綜閤製定最適閤的健身計劃。要是有配套DVD就更好瞭。
