閱讀的第一本健身類圖書~~這本書寫的非常好~推薦給所有有健身訴求的人~書結構非常閤理~前期將健身哲學~飲食~方法~中部介紹瞭大量的針對身體不同肌群的多樣階梯型鍛煉方法~最後又重返健身哲學~並根據健身者的起始強度安排瞭不同的訓練計劃~當然還有貼心的每個動作的目錄...

這本書的中文翻譯叫做用你自身的體重訓練,言簡意賅,大標題叫無器械健身,其實不太用管這個概念,用不用器械視乎你所有條件,關鍵在理念。(PS:中文版有些翻譯有問題,看到很疑惑的地方,記得百度榖歌一下。) (這裏附上兩個連接,支持盜版光榮!!!(PSS,還是買書和APP...

徒手健身方法,徒手訓練法最吸引人的地方在於訓練器材(Your own body)隨時可得,不用逼自己買專用器材或者去健身房。作者對跑步健身持否定的態度,這點不大認同。
