这是作者历时一年在云南藏区支教时所写的随笔。用一种朴素、真诚、平和的笔调，作者为我们呈现了一种原生态的生活。通过书中的这些片段，我们或许能够拔开云雾看见世界真实的面目：天黑即眠，黎明即起；一箪食，一瓢饮。简单，却快乐。

“当我远离这些奢侈品，我没有感到自己少了什么。我的世界，反而复原到了它原本的面目：快乐、清平、原始，像一棵巨树的树皮那样，虽然粗糙，却纯朴：天黑即眠，黎明即起；一盘菜、一碟汤、一碗饭就足以填饱我的肚子，并使我感到心满意足，快乐安宁?”

作者简介

苏羊：原名陈旭羊，曾用笔名陈淑雅。浙江乐清人，业余从事小说创作。2006年9月至2007年9月在云南香格里拉德钦县普利藏文学校义务支教一年。

我们会被物质世界的美感动，例如在一朵花里面，我们感受到一种无法用语言去描述的存在。我们感受到它的本质时，却受阻于物质世界的局限，我们只能以一种可以呈现的方式来表达。
在灵性的世界我们及他们把这种使“一朵花”美丽的力量称之为“无限”或者“智慧”。在孩子那里，他们跟一朵花说话、跟一片树叶说话。这是一种真正的认识，可以帮助小孩子学会信任。
物质主义者说：物质真实。他们多正确。如果对精神有认识，就会发现物质有多真实。只有看到这样的真实，才能说：我懂了，物质的确是真实的。当然，相和谐的另一面是：如果我们在这个世界看到了物质的真实，也才能说：是呀！精神多么真实，祂在每一个物质里展显着。这就是为什么真正的科学家最后会成为一个精神旅行者。而真正的精神旅行者最后也会成为一个真正的科学家。
用精神的钥匙来开物质世界的门。发挥了这样的认识，我们才可能对我们的行为有把握，有方向。理智和爱。
那美是一个特别的开始，在7年前此书的作者原由我们在一个名为那美的山顶上做着跟她一样的服务工作，知道了我们，知道了那美。7年后我们在新的也名为那美的地方见面。几个月后，她告诉我们她会和她的女儿来到那美。
那美是我们认识的地方,也是我们与你们认识的地方。
那美--那儿美----此岸中的彼岸，已到达又未成到达的地方，一个真实存在的那儿美的地方。
在这里、在那里、在藏地、在那美。

在4月份一个风和日丽、春花灿烂的下午，我收到了《在藏地》这本书。一本薄薄的小书，素净的设计，白色的封面，刚一谋面就给我很纯净的感觉，一群高原红的脸蛋上洋溢着开心的笑容，让人的心情也变得像春天的蓝天那样爽朗。 还没有打开书，这种美好的感觉已经让我的思绪飘回了我...
