要不是明天的literature final我應該看不完的。很奇妙的一本書。時間綫是真的亂。看著很纍。無法理解新西蘭同齡人莫名其妙的心理活動。但也不能說不好看。情節發展到最後幾章還是精彩的。

看完小說感覺電影的莫名其妙突然可以被justify瞭……………………青少年之間性的taboo，gender recognition，人際關係兩性關係親子關係師生關係的元素糅閤，小說終究比電影要酷一點，作為Eleanor Catton第一本小說大信息量也著實驚艷。不過這個混亂的時間綫也是意識流得讓人崩潰瞭..
