色彩很夸张，如果这可以算做优点的话。缺点：人物造型单一，让人联想起dr.seus书里的人物；好几副画面都有斑斓的恐怖片的观感，creepy，色彩杂乱，毫无美感；语言贫乏，题目一句话重复了至少20遍，即便是低幼儿童也烦躁了！何况是这种句式不规范的“街头英语”，更糟糕的是里面还用到了curse word “what the heck”。作者是个政治卡通家，这明显是玩票之作，完全没有考虑受众是儿童。

Brilliantly playful and Splashing-ly fun book about a mischievous child who loves colors and painting. The text rhymes beautifully so I read the book several times upon requests of some three year olds at Hearts Leap Preschool. Suitable for all ages.
