原著很好很好的，但是翻译太差太差太差了。把mindfulness翻译成“集中注意力“；把willingness翻译成”积极”。我真是醉了！！！！！！！建议大家结合英文版一起看吧，我看完了，有想讨论的可以加我微信63911458
