#13。六個短篇故事，充斥著令人著迷的詭計。開篇的聖誕布丁滿滿溫情，其他幾篇除瞭夢境基本都猜不到凶手，情節也是在有限的篇幅中極盡麯摺離奇之能事。前五篇是波羅探案，最後一篇是馬普爾小姐，但實際對於人物性格的塑造篇幅較小，隻是一個找齣真相的代錶而已。
