剛剛看完瞭利潤錶和資産負債錶兩大章，感覺慢慢觸及這本書的深層地帶瞭。不太多的新詞匯前後呼應，串聯齣一個個精緻的商業故事，詞匯也許在財務智慧上並不是重要的事。兩錶之間的各個項目互相影響，其中有很多可以摻雜會計技巧和商業欺詐的地方。作者大概至始至終想說的隻有一...

雖然說是給非財務專業的職業經理人寫的，但有些新的視角讓我覺得作為財務經理也能獲益良多。作者是教授和CFO，內容上案例和概念相結閤，基本上把大學的《財務管理》核心用簡單精煉的方法提煉齣來瞭。更重要的是行文幽默風趣，書還挺薄。值得推薦
