内容逻辑清晰，操作步骤明确，值得作为实践指南的一本书。 决策是我们每个人每天都要做的事情。学习决策的方法，就可以在面对人生各种难题的时候，不会慌张，不会害怕，真正做到一往无前，无所畏惧。 这本书把我们决策的思维过程拆分成了一个个独立的环节，比较深刻和富有洞察...  

这一段时间以来看了一些思考思维方面的书籍，虽然很有启发，但是总感觉没有一个主线条来引导思维，或者如何去教别人思考。前几天读决策的艺术，在看到PrOACT的表述后，突然感觉到这不就是思考的标准化流程吗？从问题的定义，到目标的识别，到可选方案的追求，到结果的评判和权...
