村上春树（1949- ），日本小说家。曾在早稻田大学文学部戏剧科就读。1979年，他的第一部小说《听风之歌》问世后，即被搬上了银幕。随后，他的优秀作品《1973年的弹子球》、《寻羊冒险记》、《挪威的森林》等相继发表。他的创作不受传统拘束，构思新奇，行文潇洒自在，而又不流于庸俗浅薄。尤其是在刻画人的孤独无奈方面更有特色，他没有把这种情绪写成负的东西，而是通过内心的心智性操作使之升华为一种优雅的格调，一种乐在其中的境界，以此来为读者，尤其是生活在城市里的人们提供了一种生活模式或生命的体验。

Meanwhile, in a second, wilder narrative spiral, an elderly Tokyo man named Nakata veers from his calm routine by murdering a stranger. An unforgettable character, beautifully delineated by Murakami, Nakata can speak with cats but cannot read or write, nor explain the forces drawing him toward Takamatsu and the other characters.

我的村上接受史有点奇怪。一开始的时候，我对村上春树的作品是比较抵抗的。记得最早看到《挪威的森林》还是在80年代，在一本外国文学杂志上，随便翻了几页就看不下去了。当时的印象是：太小资了，很肤浅。那个时候心高气傲，自以为很深刻，很多东西都不放在眼里，尤其是对...  

我像星野君翻过入口之石为了关闭入口一样的合上了《海边的卡夫卡》。这一天真是好漫长啊，我注意了一下我开始读的日期，书的扉页上我曾经用那青涩的文字写下2003.7.3，书的最后却被我写上了2006.4.3。三年零三个月，说奇怪又不奇怪的时间。怎么回用这么长的时间来读一本书呢...  

缓慢转动的蓝色星球其实被分割为两层。上面一层的人们新鲜蓬勃如初摘水果，他们进商厦购物，进图书馆查阅，进咖啡店吃三明治，去异地旅行；下面一层生存的则是跳脱出人们实体的“活灵”，它们形态各异，也有老人，儿童，中年男女，也有的状似绿植，鸟类，波纹，在这里时间...

开篇以后我就知道，在《且听风吟》里对村上产生的偏见终于停歇了。我开始从心里接受他的故事。也许应该找林少华的译本来读读。
