這本書對中國人的實用意義不大，穿著黑白灰，米色等等中性輕淡的顔色看著會沒精神。對一個在職場上打拼的女人來說，她們最常穿的還是褲子（有特殊要求的企業除外。）沒錢沒閑是很難培養齣優雅的，也缺乏展示“優雅”的機會。

看完之後很久，纔發現這本書寫於上世紀60年代，但有些道理仍然適用。如果你對自己穿衣打扮的品味不自信，可以一看。（限於女性朋友喔）
