2013/12/03 阿姆斯特朗的这本自传里关于他如何没有使用禁药的部分，如今读起来尤其讽刺。但是这只是这部书的一小部分，更多的他谈的是癌症，癌症如何改变了他对人生的看法。不仅提供了很多值得思考的问题，亦有不少真知灼见的感悟。撇开连续七届环法冠军和最近终于彻底揭露的禁药丑闻，至少在两千年的这个时刻，阿姆斯特朗是一个榜样，是一种希望，感动和鼓舞了无数人。
