好书，的确不错。但翻译的仍是有点问题。不过据我了解这实际是上海译文在上世纪八十年代的版本再版的。比如说Mercedes就被翻译成默塞地斯，但现在都叫作梅塞德斯。还有就是在第73页有一个词：塔奇·玛哈尔，我相信绝大多数的人都不知道是什么，我也不知是什么，看了注释才明白...

多pov的手法玩得太遛了，当时的行业状况和专业细节读起来很饱满，虽然会因此有落伍的地方，但相对也有时代的价值。

从去年国庆档看了中国机长后翻影评找到了这部小说，断断续续半年时间，中间看了两部中文书，才又转回这本看完。多头叙事，一看就停不下来，但一放下也就容易懒得拿起。五六百页的小说，故事时间跨度竟然只是几个小时。人物性格心理行为刻画入木三分。最后的爆炸及降落堪比好莱坞大片。终于结束了，又有些舍不得。期待一段长途航空旅程，换个角度再看看飞机的运作和黑暗中机场跑道及屋顶闪烁的指示灯光。
