对佛家的粗浅理解和引用，行文冗长，而且是self-help书籍俗套的“只要xx就一切都会好”路子。也没说明白radical acceptance到底是个啥，支撑的说明多是作者本人或者周围人的个体经验——既没什么新东西（比如从心理治疗层面的解释或科学实验证明），又缺少直觉洞察。唯一有指导意义的是几种冥想方法，但买个冥想app都会讲得比本书细而且易于操作。
