这本书写得实在是太无聊了，废话很多，但是正文处又偶尔有几处很有用的，看得真是要骂骂咧咧的了。作为了解tech mkt还是挺好的，对我而言主要是为了面试吹牛，理解之前实习里的pipeline和分析思路，在case框架里能做到丰富一些细节，够啦。（重读了一遍做笔记，发现这本书太实用了，尤其是consumer insights analytics方面）

The core idea of Lean Analytics is to figure out (1) your biz model, (2) your current stage, (3) key metrics to track and optimze with two principles (a) one metrics that matters, (b) draw a line in the sands. The goal is to iterate to product/market fit before cashing out.

这波 lean xxx 系列其实是在尝试把管理学的那套东西应用到互联网领域。抱着这种态度去再看书中里那些「模型」、「分析」、「数据」以及案例就挺自然了。这种应用某种程度上是适时的恰到好处，可惜却掩盖不了管理学科本身的乏味呀。呵呵。
