讀這本書的第一個感覺是 bronx就像是法外之地，有自己一套不同的準則，從慈善到法律都如此。第二個感覺是同情男主，做的事情不是十惡不赦的性質，卻被拿來消費遊街, 最後就算是被法官一審判大陪審團判罰無效，但後來那個法官還成瞭政治犧牲品，小哥最終也是在劫難逃的樣子。一切都是政治決定的啊！
