不是很喜欢，叙述用力过度。兔子先生最后跑向何方的开放结尾完全无法引起我的兴趣去探讨，老子管他跑哪儿去。无法忘记青春辉煌的成年人接受不了自己眼下的烂摊子，生活如同圈套，连逃跑的路都像个圈套。也许这是一个成长型小说，对的选择和好的选择。 Updike自己说这些本书是为了回击Kerouac那本on the road，这个还算有意思。不知方向时可以上路吗？

作者文采超好，也因此读起来好费劲。刚开始的旅程非常引人入胜，但是后面突然就感觉无聊至极，弃。主人公十分不讨喜
