读完后忽然想起来孟子的那句话：天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行指乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。当然，对霍金来说，他所承受的远远超过于此，但他所增的益更是无限的。苦难于他而言，既是不幸，更多的更是幸。如果没有这番遭遇，大抵也达不成这样大的成就。
