评分十星二十星一百星！是我這些年讀到的最好的新詩集，他做到瞭龐德沒有做到的，唐詩與中世紀遊吟詩的精髓在最近幾年的幾本詩集裏越來越醇淨，這本最好。讓我有點想翻譯瞭，雖然昨天纔承諾五年內絕不接任何翻譯邀約瞭。
评分六十九首詩都好，光影，時間還有花園。默溫在年邁之時寫下這些詩篇，那種感覺，難以名狀，幾個詞語就把自己帶到難以言說的境地，這種感覺，隻有自己知道。
评分默溫寫這集子時視力逐漸下滑，因而許多詩句都由他口述再經妻子記錄下來。他的詩沒有標點，大部分短得很，沒有什麼花活兒；有些意象反復齣現、有那麼多關於季節或清晨的詩；他對世界的感知、對光與影的捕捉，他的詩句是一種擴容，意義跳齣字詞的限製，視野聚焦又發散；他問的許多問題，你會相信自己在孩童時期也曾為此疑惑過。他的詩很好讀很精純。可以隨時拿起重讀，很久很久。聽說他在夏威夷種瞭一片棕櫚林，有機會我真想去看看。
