要實現和維持作者提齣的秩序，需要一個強有力的政府，這又和作者的意圖矛盾，除非政府能做到聰明無私、自甘卑下。transaction cost(以information和enforcement成本為主)可以否定本書的大部分內容，而transaction cost確實像水與土一樣在現實生活無處不在。感覺自己花瞭幾小時速讀瞭一本“永動機購買及使用指南”。

舉例子舉得很詳細，data labor那章寫的最好。感覺Glen Weyl確實有可能成為一個很全纔的generation thinker，他的ambition不言而喻。

有瞭一些經濟學訓練後這本書讀起來太過癮瞭天纔學者挑戰5大現有經濟製度：1.如何避免規避財産稅製中的道德風險問題？ 2. 如何剋服民主製度弊端（quadratic voting）3. 如何提高移民效率 4. 如何解決隱形産業壟斷？5. AI大數據時代資源如何分配（data as labor）解決方案也許是激進的但是思想是閃光的！強推quadratic voting and data as labor兩章做為微軟經濟學傢能夠意識到現有科技公司的獲利的不正義性也是非常有良心的學者瞭

第一章，所謂的共有權自定稅很有趣，但適用範圍存疑；第二章，聲量點數用來設置議程好像不錯，但是用來選人或是選方案的話就感覺不是特彆好；第三章，保留意見；第四章，限製機構投資者在一個行業內不能有多個寡頭性投資對象，感覺很閤理；第五章，網絡平颱的用戶在運動中可以同時作為勞動者直接施壓、作為廣告點擊者間接通過廣告購買客戶施壓的提法挺有趣。
