在卓越买的，纸张真对不起这59的定价... 起初是看到本书有整合了图式理论、客体关系、依恋理论...等先进理论的介绍而购之，其实就是图式理论的运用，书还是很不错的，在贝克的理论中提及的图式改变，纠正深层信念在这里得到了详尽发挥，与以往的认知疗法比有耳目...
评分我一直对心理治疗类的书籍有所偏见，觉得治疗师唧唧歪歪地说个没完，尤其是实录类书籍（貌似比纯理论更有用些）实在没什么用处。 好吧，对床学咨询的田mm常对我这种调调表示鄙视。 这本书挺好，起码是图式治疗类的力作。有打破我关于治疗的一些迷思与偏见。

评分因为它欺世盗名给1颗星，作者在书中说早就想写一本类似“圣经”的书，由此可见野心极大，但实际怎么样得看内容，作者声称他的理论虽借鉴精神分析，认知疗法等理论但是经过他的扩展就完全不同了。不好意思业界好像没有认可他的说法。他只是拿来别人的东西，东拼西凑以为大一统了...
