又一本关于意识的书，很短，只有两个小时而已。其实很多内容和Hoffman的书有重叠，但是写得简练精确，可见作者确实是下了功夫提炼文字，我觉得大概看书会更好，因为比浮光掠影地听书更能欣赏逻辑与文字的起承转合。大概会去买一本，有时间的时候慢慢琢磨。
