毫無歉意的 western-centric。分析哲學和linguistic turn的路數, 很多想當然。偶爾有些金句--不過在這個看不完書的時代沒必要浪費時間。My take: What we call intuition is usually the acquired skill to process contextual clues and react to them quickly enough to adjust our action to ever-changing circumstances.

想替chad hansen说句话。认为本书是western-centric的人或许没有意识到真正的western-centric（即Hansen书中多次提到的主流观点）对中国哲学理解的偏差有多大。实际上，我看到了Hansen教授的sympathy。老子一章的论证十分精彩。老毛病就是语言方面的问题，言语繁复琐碎，200页能说清的事非得往500页写。用于习惯非常tricky，对以英语为母语的人都不友好，别说中国人了。此外部分章节逻辑论证存在问题，Hansen自己写得也底气不足，所以一眼就能看出来。
