(2018.33) 前輩的經驗之談。Overall really insightful, especially the stress of using here and now. Although as an "EBT-brain washed" graduate, some of the techniques based on psychoanalysis are not going to be practical for me, at least for now, such as the importance of dream and self-disclosure. Makes me more interested in common factors of psychotherapy.

评分正兒八經讀的第一本外文原版專業著作，最難得的是堅持讀下來瞭。對照中文翻譯版本，這樣更能體會到看原版的含義，翻譯真的是有許多詞不達意的地方啊。所謂經典，就是重讀，總是還會有新的收獲和體會。這是讀得非常慢的一本，但是個重要開始，作為心理谘詢師還是培養自己讀原著的語言能力吧。
