很薄的書，適閤我這樣的入門級讀者，還順帶學瞭點英語。中文翻譯有明顯的錯誤，就在第二版前言中，將 “wide character” 翻譯為 “廣泛字符”，可能此章譯者都沒編程基礎。本書不到200頁，八章的篇幅，參與翻譯的人員有13人之多，平均每人一章還不...

本書的第一版隻100多頁就較完整的介紹瞭socket網絡編程的主要知識,內容比動輒三四百頁的書強多瞭。國內翻譯的第二版還沒看，不知譯得怎樣。

今天下午看瞭前三章，我想說，這麼一本好書又被清華大學齣版社給毀瞭，充斥著各種蹩腳的翻譯，從譯者序裏也可以窺得一二，參與者有十三人，而此書正文纔178頁。多半又是齣版社包給譯者，譯者轉手交給下麵的學生，學生打開google翻譯... 清華大學齣版社有好的譯著麼？
