读这本书之前应该读一本《Statistical Inference》或者《Probability and Statistics》这样的书，否则会被那些beta函数、gamma函数搞晕。不过这本书似乎更偏重于思想，而不是数学推导。

写的非常清楚明了，很好懂，比Gelman那个容易自学

我嚼着 Bayesian 的特点是为很多东西提供了解释，回答了 why，这一点 statistical rethinking 那本书就做得很好。只讲 techniques 我觉得就失却了 Bayesian 的大半魅力。还有这书讲解详略不当经常避重就轻，小结划分和排版也很不舒服，然后喜欢列举公式和结论。
