衝著作傢的演員身份去看的。作為短篇故事集，書裏的幾個故事都不算有太大的吸引力，看得很煎熬。用詞很口語話，故事結構很鬆散，感覺像是意識流，想到哪寫到哪。故事內容比較黃，比較暴力（對我來說，其實還算是小清新），相對來說喜歡最後一個故事。爸爸和兒子遠足的故事。

以這部小說改編的影片Palo Alto剛剛在北美上映，趁熱碼篇字~ 我承認因為是蘭蘭粉纔買來這本看，但我也是青春片控，一直對同是青春控、《我自己的愛達荷》控的蘭蘭寫的這部青春小說集無比的感興趣~~ 我要說不管亞馬遜打多少分，反正我被蘭蘭寫的故事touch到瞭~~ 他描寫瞭一群...

加一星給作者，付蘭蘭你好歹是學瞭那麼多creative writing的人寫的東西為什麼全是I和My開頭的主謂賓，然後醉駕濫用藥品性來性去的，難道這不是一部騷情版的Spring break麼= =

一方麵想給接下來一個月的Palo Alto生活預熱，一方麵好奇這個同時進修六個包括creative writing和poetry在內的研究生項目的演員能寫齣啥。一句話--TNND寫得太！爛！瞭！“It's not writing. It's typing.”

如果能耐住性子看完流水賬還挺有意思的。Franco偏愛Rushmore這類的片子吧？小說設定大都在九十年代，他訪談裏不也總說自己跟時間賽跑麼，是不是特懷舊的一人？記得他還提到River Phoenix吸毒過量死瞭這事，哎加州這地方人傑地靈更容易齣頹靡青年
