前面介绍power那部分还可以，网络的那大段，没啥新意。这本书倒是提醒了我，巴西这个国家的独特性。个人觉得作者在叙述BRIC的时候也似乎有自己的偏好，似乎是中国强于巴西强于印度，最没有新意的则是俄罗斯。说完BRIC就又开始讨论美国，当然得出的结论还是美国依旧屹立不倒...
