本來就這書而言能給5顆心，但這中文翻譯實在是讓人不得不吐槽一下。隻可惜自己英語不好，不然看早看原版瞭，兩心差評給翻譯。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。...

翻譯確實不好。有些地方用的專用名詞不夠準確，同時甚至有些公式都是錯的，前後對不上。總之嘛，看上去比較費勁。譯者應該不是投資方麵的專業人員。但是從定性的角度，對估值還是有幫助的，雖然在定量的方麵，可能，看上去比較費勁。比如說，關於，無形資産的分析，是否需要費...

my prof kept referring to Damodaran in class. Very easy read -- the flow is beautiful; an overview of valuation that does not overwhelm.

讀瞭前幾章，不想繼續讀瞭。作者有很多不切實際的假設，強行估值是一種錯誤價值觀。不建議閱讀。

當初純粹是因為書小好裝箱把它帶迴瞭國，這兩天又翻瞭一遍，收獲還是挺大的：）

Damodaran是NYU的金融教授，油管上麵也有他的MBA等級的valuation課程。講得非常實用易懂，看完這本書基本上傳統金融的DCF模型就搞得比較清楚瞭。由於對會計的不熟悉，還是需要一定時間來理解和吸收裏麵的一些會計的概念。
