我对此书的评价就是：神一般的书！里面列举了我们实际生活照大脑的种种“古怪”，但其实经过作者的分析，才知道大脑做这一切是有道理的，并且列举了种种应对的方法。能感觉到作者的科学和严谨的分析，比那些只会说大话的文化低沟油一般的“励志书”好多了。
