作者的想法还是很赞同的。比如揭露补充维生素的无用，运动的好处。希望早早看到翻译本

書的比例我覺得不是太好。作者在裡面介紹自己對未來醫學前景的期待，例如個人化的看診，配藥；病例的網上分享；dna診斷的應用的。還是蠻有趣的。也講了一些據爭議性的話題，例如保健品究竟有沒有用。當然還有一些健康建議，不過這些都是很常見的，如果平時有留意科普，健康的期刊這些應該早都知道。作者用了很大篇幅介紹我們都take for granted的東西，例如有一大章節講科學家怎樣發現運動有益健康。我覺得講這個好像沒什麼必要，令到本書重點不知道在哪裡，而且很啰嗦。
