马克•威廉姆斯(Mark Williams):
牛津大学临床心理学教授,牛津正念研究中心(Oxford Mindfulness Center)的创始人,正念领域世界顶级研究专家之一,牛津大学维康信托基金会主要成员。参与开发了正念认知疗法(MBCT),该疗法可以大幅降低重度抑郁症的复发风险,极大地改善了人们的生活质量。他还在北威尔士班戈大(Bangor University)创办了正念研究与实践中心(Center for Mindfulness Research and Practice)。在正念干预研究与临床训练方面,两个中心都处于领先地位。在另一作者丹尼•彭曼的帮助下,马克完成了这部有关正念修养的实用训练指南。
