绝对是当代价值投资教科书级别的作品，但是诡异的翻译让很多部分非常让人费解，只能不断去原书对照理解。有能力的还是去阅读原著吧，收获满满！在巴菲特之外，还有另外一片广阔的价值投资者乐园。Seth Klarman, Walter Schloss, Paul Sokin, Glenn Greenberg.........

翻过《证券分析》和《聪明的投资者》，但都不如这本书写的好。甚至觉得这本书应该作为投资学的教材，作为对滋味博迪那本学院派的补充。学院派的企业估值方法是NPV，其余很多方法大致只是对NPV的简化，其本质还是折现，格雷厄姆提出的3步估值法私以为实际操作中更加好用。不知...
