寫給自己看的。我一度總結自己一生最大的愛好，大約無非是，聽彆人吹牛逼，更高級一點則是自己也去吹吹牛逼給彆人聽。讀瞭一些書之後我開始覺得，政治哲學各種主張打架就有些好似諸侯爭霸群雄逐鹿。我說我這個學說已經解決瞭這個問題啦，你說你沒解決呀，這地上一個大坑呢...

[按語：最早大約是2005年的時候讀過這本書，那時候中譯本是上下捲，當時震撼其內容的深厚和清晰；大略11年的時候備課也翻閱瞭一下；因此，寒假是第三次閱讀瞭。閱讀中一個很深的印象是Kymlicka並沒有特彆重視Pluralism論題（因此他並不太看重Rawls的政治自由主義轉嚮，而且全書...

這兩本書很牛B，僅參考文獻目錄就70多頁。論證很清晰，雖然作者有自己的立場（似乎是自由主義的平等主義），但我喜歡有自己立場的書，即使是這種導論性質的。可以讓人有清晰的思路，而那種先把各種理論的內涵閹割然後羅列在一起的書，隻能是垃圾。兩本書零零散散的翻著讀，...

中英文夾雜著讀的，譯文挺好，個彆地方會不確切

第一章utilitarian讀的中文，第二章中文好像沒太看懂。在學校圖書館藉完突然催我七天之內還。一天五十頁快速看完的。英文不難，生詞不多，講的也清楚。很好的導讀

盡管已經很basic瞭，但我覺得還是得有一些政治基礎纔能讀得下去。行文流暢，邏輯清晰！最後一章feminism從從ethic of care的角度來談，對我來說是很新穎的，可能我從前對女權瞭解得太淺瞭。推薦給想瞭解政治學科的朋友們！

1.非常清晰，論證有力，部分地方有些囉嗦但是無傷大雅。 2.處理財産權的部分感覺有值得深挖的可能，綫索應該在洛剋財産權、康德的法權理論，日後可以同諾齊剋的版本對堪。 3.私以為Kymlicka自由主義的self-revisibility有些過於樂觀的估計，如果想為自由主義提供一個society-perfectionsim的支持，或許self-revisibility並不足夠，還需要更多的condition。 4.反過來，任何perfectionsim的論證都不能跳脫自由主義的框架。毫不諱言自己的政治立場是公民共和主義，但是想在現代社會建立教育為核心的強迫係統極為危險，落為威權政治的幫凶。主觀自由是現代社會的發現，也是現代社會對人性尊嚴的揭示。至於如何和解，或許日後還要多讀黑格爾。
