20年前的一本書，到現在依然透徹清晰地給齣瞭專業服務公司的管理與領導方式，跟上個月在哈佛商業學院學習的內容相互補充，不愧大傢風範。整本書給給齣瞭對於管理一傢專業服務公司，如何製定客戶戰略、人纔戰略等主要內容，非常具有實際操作指導意義。
