其实只是给HSP(highly sensitive person)做的辩护和解析，至于solution，本来很是期待的，可是阅读到最后也没读到有效可行的解决方案，草草看过最后几章，想着可能今后有需要的话可以回过头来看一看一些章节。

I couldn't help but label myself as a highly sensitive person. It is good to know your own type so that you can cope with it in a rather sophisticated way. Yet, it is not necessary to believe everything the book says, it's not all true.

浅显易懂，对于一直靠直觉活着的人生还是很有帮助的。至少让自己相信，爱哭也许并不可耻，不善于应对压力也不影响成为表现出色的员工，念书的时候容易被吓到也不是看杂书心虚。。。早点明白这些会有利于接纳自己以及发挥多长，比如在艺术感知力上的优势。

可能真的会让很多人深入了解自己，但是实质借鉴很少，看完还是会处于“人善被人欺，马善被人骑”的状态。

跟我的情况非常对路的一本书——哦原来不是害羞，不是内向，不是社交无能，不是过度纠结，而是highly sensitive啊。前半本书尤其好，对于认识自己很有帮助，在认识自己的基础上提高了自信心，也有很多有用的方法。后半本（7-10章）觉得比较无聊，拖了很久才看完。强烈推荐给和我有类似情况的小伙伴。
