其實隻是給HSP(highly sensitive person)做的辯護和解析,至於solution,本來很是期待的,可是閱讀到最後也沒讀到有效可行的解決方案,草草看過最後幾章,想著可能今後有需要的話可以迴過頭來看一看一些章節。

評分I couldn't help but label myself as a highly sensitive person. It is good to know your own type so that you can cope with it in a rather sophisticated way. Yet, it is not necessary to believe everything the book says, it's not all true.
